Hi I am having problem of chronic idiopathic urticaria which gets aggravated by heat and is relieved by cold. Also there is some feeling of stinging on hives. Right now I am taking xyzal and doxepin. Someone suggested me to take apis mellifica which works very well in allergic reactions and hives. I am 39 years old. What dosage should I take? Does it have any side effects? And for how many days can I take?
